The Leap Within: A Yoga Retreat Between Sea and Sky (Women’s Retreat*)
Dolphin’s Leap, Pelion, Greece
27th June - 4th July 2026
Imagine arriving for your retreat where the shoreline curves gently, olive trees sway in the warm Mediterranean breeze, and the sound of the sea becomes the steady rhythm of your days. Welcome to Dolphin’s Leap, a secluded luxury villa and retreat perched on the edge of the Aegean Sea in the unspoilt Pelion region of Greece and a 10 minute walk away from the village of Lefokastro. With west-facing terraces drenched in sunlight, a shimmering infinity pool, a private footpath leading to a quiet sandy beach, and even its own diving platform, this hidden gem is designed for regeneration, connection, and calm.
Each morning invites you to step onto the yoga platform beneath the olive trees, breathe in the sea air, and settle into your practice to the gentle soundtrack of the waves below. Between sessions, the day unfolds at your own pace. Float in the infinity pool, journal on your balcony, wander down to the beach for a swim, or simply sit in stillness, watching the horizon. And if you’re lucky, you might just spot a pod of dolphins playing in the bay.
Framed by the serene waters of the Pagasitic Gulf and the mountain slopes of Pelion, Dolphin’s Leap is a place that emanates peace, a retreat where you can slow down, reconnect, and return home to yourself.
Classes will be joyful, challenging, playful, and inclusive. This retreat is open to experienced and newer yogis alike, however it is advised that participants have had some introductory yoga experience. If you're at all in doubt, please do get in touch.
