Flow, Restore, Explore:

A Women’s* Yoga Retreat for the Senses

Hoi An, Vietnam

26th June - 3rd July 2027

For the second year, I am thrilled to be leading a retreat in a country that is near and dear to my heart - Vietnam! This will week will truly be an adventure for the senses - get ready to immerse your mind, body, soul and stomach!

Our home for the week will be the beautiful oasis of An Villa, located just a 10 minute bike ride from Hoi An town centre. This boutique resort was designed by well-known French-Vietnamese architect Helena Tran Quang Man and each uniquely designed studio or villa is tastefully decorated in traditional Vietnamese style. The Villa was created by five friends who wished to offer a traditional Vietnamese-village style experience for travellers to meet and feel like family. An Villa is also deeply committed to sustainability and supporting the local community.

Mid-week, we will have a private guided group day trip to Cam Kim Island, known locally for traditional carpentry villages, small-scale farming, and fishing communities that have operated largely unchanged for generations. The day will include cycling and a short boat ride - the best way to discover local Vietnamese life! We will make traditional Banh Dap (popular Central Vietnamese rice paper street snack), learn how to make Vietnamese sleeping mats from local artisan weavers, visit a 500 year old carpentry village, where crafts people designed and carved almost all the celebrated wood constructions in Hoi An and is still operating as a working site.

We will practice yoga on an open air, shaded bamboo platform over a serene lake and eat meals family-style in the beautiful dining space next to the pool. All rooms have private terraces for you to enjoy free time alone or with friends.

Classes will be joyful, challenging, playful, and inclusive. This retreat is open to experienced and newer yogis alike, however it is advised that participants have had some introductory yoga experience. If you're at all in doubt, please do get in touch.

*Please note that it will be quite hot and humid. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but not in the common areas or the yoga platform, though there are fans. If you struggle in the heat, this may not be the experience for you. Do get in touch if you are at all unsure.
