What can coaching help me with?

Broadly speaking, coaching can be a place to discuss any subject that you are interested in exploring in-depth, to help you grow, move toward a goal, or gain more clarity. Some people come to coaching with a very defined goal in mind, for example, wanting support with a career change/move. However, you may come to coaching with a less defined 'goal/outcome' but are looking to gain clarity and understanding about yourself in relation to a particular topic, such as self-confidence, imposter syndrome, or the desire to please others.

Is this right for me?

This is something that only you can answer for yourself! In our initial chat, we can discuss more about what has brought you to coaching and how sessions together would support you moving forward. Starting coaching requires commitment to the process and most importantly, commitment to yourself. Come with an open mind, a curious spirit, and a willingness to explore!
